If you are looking for something a little bit unusual to do in London this Autumn 2026, look no further than my junk journalling workshop.
Never heard of junk journalling? No problem!
Spend 1.5 wholesome hours cutting, sticking, and creating to your heart’s content. Bring your scraps, photos, stickers and washi tape… whatever sparks joy!
Journal Club is a dedicated space to create, slow down and be present. The act of arranging, tearing, writing, and layering can soothe anxiety, process emotions, and build self-awareness. Led by me, a therapist!

Your ticket will include an exclusive goodie bag, filled with thrifted journal supplies – hand curated by me! BYOJ (bring your own journal) or create a collage on card provided to display in your home. All material, backing paper, stickers, wash tape, dried flowers, glue and pens will be provided. Feel free to bring photos or your own special items to include in your spread.
New to journaling? No stress! Grab a journal (or any notebook), or create on the card provided, soak up the inspiration around you, and see where the process takes you. We’ll have a stack of supplies…
- Cute, patterned paper
- Stickers, stickers and more stickers
- Washi tape
- Dried flowers
- Tools (pens, scissors and glue)
There will be inspiration to help get those creative juices flowing. Got some old magazines at home? Bring them along to swap and share!
Come solo and meet like-minded creatives, or bring your friends for a relaxed time of journaling, connection, and self-expression. Let’s get stuck in—literally! ️
