What should I do when I am feeling anxious?

If you have been working hard to reduce your anxiety but still end up stuck in negative thought patterns…this is the part no one tells you about.

You’re doing amazing at reading the books, listening to the podcasts, you’re even doing all the self care tips…

Yet it feels like there is something missing with your ability to help yourself. That nagging voice always seems to creep back in…

That’s because while all of these are great tools and can support you…(and I love a good book!)

A lot of these are surface strategies that don’t touch the deeper roots of your struggles with self-worth and confidence.

Instead of piling on more surface fixes, the real shift comes when you start exploring and healing what might be going on on a deeper level…

Often these feelings started early on in life.

In therapy with me we use tools like inner child work, parts work and somatic analysis to help you understand these deeper patterns, release old fears, and start building the inner calm that is always there for you.

If you are ready to do the deeper work so you can show up with a grounded self, message me to get started.
