​The course is held in your workplace, online or a chosen venue. You can have a minimum of 3 employees and a maximum of 20 employees. Each session is 2 hours long. A workbook is provided to fill in and follow throughout. 

This one off 2 hour workshop which helps employees:

-Understand how minds work

-Become aware of their thoughts

-Manage their emotions

-Manage their behaviour

​The course is held in your workplace, online or a chosen venue. You can have a minimum of 3 employees and a maximum of 20 employees. Each session is 2 hours long. A workbook is provided to fill in and follow throughout. 

This course has been designed with the individual in mind.

This four week course is delivered one to one at £100 for the whole course. If you would like to split this price amongst a group, you can do so with up to four people for the same price.
